Kitchenware on-line Terms and Conditions.

Kitchenware on-line accepts the following credit cards:
VISA, MASTERCARD.
Payment is also accepted via Direct deposit - Bank account details will be provided once the order is processed.

Kitchenware On-line will not usually process Credit card payments until items are ready for dispatch.
All prices quoted are Australian Dollars, and Postage, Handling and Shipping charges are for mainland Australia only.
Overseas orders may incur an extra Handling and Shipping charge.
Extra charges will be confirmed by email before being charged.

Goods are usually dispatched via Australia Post, but Kitchenware On-line reserves the right to use other couriers at it's discretion.

Kitchenware on-line will accept bank cheques and post office money orders, by prior arrangement, BUT
GOODS WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED UNTIL ALL FUNDS ARE CLEARED.

SUPPLY OF ALL ITEMS IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

Kitchenware on-line aims to dispatch goods within 7-10 working days.
However, Kitchenware on-line reserves the right to hold orders for up to 21 working days
if items are temporarily out of stock.
Discontinued items, or items unavailable for more than 21 working days may be subtracted from the order.
When deemed appropriate, Kitchenware On-line will contact customers regarding stock temporarily unavailable for more than 21 working days, and offer the option of cancelling the order.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DESIGNER RANGES MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL DELIVERY TIME DEPENDANT ON AVAILABILTY.

Kitchenware on-line will replace/refund, at its discretion, items found to be faulty on dispatch.
However, we cannot exchange or refund due to change of mind - please choose carefully.
(Statutory consumer rights not withstanding).
Manufacturer warranty applies to all subsequent faults and claims.
Return postage is at the expense of the customer.

PLEASE RETAIN ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR DURATION OF WARRANTY
Some companies may not honour warranty if products are not returned in their original packaging.

Kitchenware on-line stocks quality items from trusted suppliers.
Many items are of commercial quality, and Kitchenware on-line may offer discounts for bulk purchases, or for Registered businesses in the food/cooking/kitchen industries.

Excludes already discounted items, electrical items, and designer ranges.
